We thank you for your patience during this period of transition. As we are restructuring and going through the "phases" according to the NYS government, we have seen an increase in demand for services. We value all of our clients, residential and commercial, therefore we are doing our best to schedule those that had postponed services due to COVID-19, first.
Over the last few months the company has had an overwhelming amount of requests for new service, recurring service and daily service from residential and commercial accounts. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. It may take a day or two for someone to return phone calls or e-mails. We understand that some folks may need immediate service and we are doing our best to take care of each request as it comes. Being that we only have 13 employees, our schedule has been filling up very quickly and/or we've been fully booked for the last several weeks. We ask that if you are in need of services to give us 2 weeks notice so we can properly schedule our team and other clients.
We have been working on hiring new staff which requires a lot of time and attention from management. Each staff member is required to be certified as a professional cleaning technician, if they are not, we sponsor their online courses. They will also need hands on training. We set our standards very high so we are able to provide exceptional service.
